If an event is cancelled, visitors are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. If an event is rescheduled, visitors can choose to either attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund. Please note that refunds are not available for events that take place as scheduled, unless otherwise stated.”
